Pancake is a shareware bbs system that supports UUCP mail and news, POP/SMTP,
chatting, and telnet, among other things. It will run on virtually any Mac and
is exceptionally well behaved.
See a board that has been running for over 2 years on a middle school LC III,
providing mail and news access to students. Log in as "Guest" to look around:
