Listing Files That Can Be Subscribed To

The NewSubscriberDialog function calls the edition opener function and passes the eoCanSubscribe opener verb in the selector parameter to build the list of files that can be subscribed to. The preview in the subscriber dialog box is generated by calling the GetStandardFormats function (described in "Edition Container Formats" on page 2-101), which calls the format I/O procedure with the verbs eoOpen, ioHasFormat, ioRead, and then eoClose.
