Manipulating the Processor Caches
The system software provides routines that allow you to enable, disable, and flush the processor caches. Before you call any of the routines described in this section, be sure to check that the trap_HWPrivis implemented. The only exception is theFlushCodeCacheprocedure, which is available whenever the processor has a cache that can be flushed.
