This manual describes the CodeWarrior command-line tools-the compilers and linkers for the x86 and PowerPC desktop and embedded development environments.

The Metrowerks command-line compilers and linker tools are the same compilers and linkers used in the Metrowerks CodeWarrior integrated development environment.

Read the Release Notes

Before using the command-line tools, read the release notes. They contain important information about new features, bug fixes, and any late-breaking changes.

This manual went to press before tools were available for final review. The release notes identify important information that is not available anywhere else.
