_strnicmp

A function for string comparison ignoring case but specifying the comparison length.

Prototype:
#include <extras.h>
int _strnicmp(const char *s1, 
  const char *s2,
  int n);
Parameters:

Parameters for this function are:

s1  
const char *  
The string being compared  
s2  
const char *  
The comparison string  
n  
int  
Maximum comparison length  

Return:

The function strnicmp returns greater than zero if str1 is larger than str2 and less than zero if str2 is larger than str 1. If they are equal returns zero.
